Dendritics Sensor Tooling

It can be quite amazing to someone not familiar with engineering production how much tooling and engineering work is involved in something as seemingly simple as a scale. Here are some of the jigs, fixtures, and tools which we developed in the process of making our little scales.

These were brass and (on the left) molded versions of a conductive shield designed to cover the critical circuit oscillator regions. We later discovered a way to avoid using it. After making the mold, of course.
